Before you worry
Tracking takes 2–4 days to start updating. After we create the label, the parcel waits for its first carrier scan. If it sits on “label created” for a few days, that is normal — not a lost order.
Delivery is 7–12 business days from dispatch to the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of ordering.
Still nothing after 10 business days? Email support@modnestic.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be located we will replace it or refund you in full.
